Sloppy Joe Cook-Off

One team member used an ONIL stove for a sloppy joe luncheon to demonstrate their life-changing difference in a fun way. One pot of meat was cooked over the ONIL stove and another pot was cooked over an open fire. Participants were able to see how little smoke came out of the stove and how little wood was used compared to the open fire.  Every person enjoyed a good meal, learned about our work and donated to the cause! The same idea could be easily applied to a pancake dinner or spaghetti dinner. We have a full size stove that can be used for your fundraising needs.
